Rule 14
Documents to be submitted to the Registrar
(1) A person who wants to register a case within the jurisdiction of the court must submit the related documents to the Registrar or any other officer delegated by him.
(2) The case brought for registration according to sub-rule (1) shall be registered in a separate registration book.
(3) The person presenting such a document may take an application to correct the general errors of writing, typing or printing in the document that has already been registered.
(4) The bench may order the petition as per sub-rule (3) to include the missile as a supplement to that document. However, the court will not accept such a petition as a supplementary document if it is seen that the entire proceedings and justice of the case may be affected by the application to correct the matter contained in such a document.
(2) The case brought for registration according to sub-rule (1) shall be registered in a separate registration book.
